In Minova, in the province of Sud-Kivu in the east of the DRC, the Institut LWANGA, a vocational training center, was training motivated young people, accompanied by committed teachers, but deprived of stable electricity. For these students, every day without electricity represented a threat to their progress: computer classes cancelled, equipment unusable, constant frustration.
This was the school's daily routine. A computer room ready to train the managers of tomorrow, but blocked by a lack of access to reliable energy. Faced with this challenge, GoShop Energy stepped in with a tailor-made solar solution, perfectly adapted to the needs of the lwanga institution, and now fully self-sufficient in energy.
