In May 2025, we installed a three-phase 63 kWp, 45 kVA, and 60 kWh system at the Anoalite Hospital in Mungbere, 235 km from Durba and 135 km from the town of Isiro in the Watsa territory, Haut-Uele province, which previously faced limited access to clean and reliable energy. The system has been operational ever since.
In order to guarantee the sustainability of solar energy for this healthcare facility, we continue to be involved in the project. It is necessary to adapt to local realities and continue to train local teams in site management.
As a reminder, the project dates back to May 4, 2025, and consists of 63 kWp, with a 45 kVA converter and a storage capacity of 60 kWh, which powers the entire hospital. Our update work included:
- Optimization of the system configuration to perfectly suit their needs, ensuring the continuity of essential services throughout the entire site.
- Maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal operation of the hospital's lighting system, which runs 24 hours a day, with two 2000 Wc electric pumps operating from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Five people were trained in the use, monitoring, and maintenance of the system, including the customer himself, his maintenance technician, and three members of his team from Italy.
- Creation of a VRM account for the customer and his team, facilitating effective remote monitoring.
- Careful verification of all system configurations.
- Capturing of final images to celebrate the completion of this important stage of the project.
This phase represents a major step towards energy independence for the Anoalite Hospital. Thanks to all these improvements and the proactive commitment of the staff, the installation is now managed with unparalleled expertise and confidence.
