Located in Goma, capital of North Kivu province, Le Chalet restaurant has taken a bold step towards energy independence. 

Concerned about the quality of its service and food preservation in an area where electricity is essential, Le Chalet upgraded its energy system with the help of GoShop. This upgrade increased its energy capacity by 32%, a gain of 7,560 Wp. Thanks to this clean, stable energy, day and night, Le Chalet is not only strengthening its commitment to eco-responsibility, but above all its reliability. 

Previously, the installation included :

- 72 solar panels with 320 Wp each (total output of 23.04 kWp)

- 4 victron MPPT/100 controllers, 250 

- 6 Fronius 60 kVA inverters

- 27 batteries of 5 kWh each

- 88 panels of 270Wp

 And today, the completed upgrade is:

- 120 solar panels of 455 Wp (total: 54.6 kWp)

- 54 panels of 580 Wp and The BESS containing : 

- 215 kWh storage, 100 kvA DC/AC conversion, 50 kW MPPT controller.
