Stock Manager

We are looking for a Stock Manager for our operations in Lubumbashi.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and exceptional member of staff.

This position is both versatile and rigorous in nature: You will manage the receiving, warehousing, preparation and distribution of goods. Good stock management and optimisation is therefore essential. The Stock Manager must know the necessary quantity of stock at the right time in order to organise replenishment on the basis of a minimum threshold.
He/she stays in contact with the supply manager and must set up a good supply policy and relevant stock management with him/her in order to maximise results and avoid stock-outs.

You will control the processing of customer deliveries in accordance with the planned deadlines and costs and work with the transporters.
You will participate in the management of inventories.

  • Coordinate the stocking of goods by ensuring the arrival and delivery of goods and between the stock and the showroom.
  • Plan merchandise requirements with purchasing, and deliveries with carriers.
  • Monitor the quantity of products received and stored.
  • Organise inventories.

Must Have

  • Degree in Logistics or equivalent professional experience in stock management.
  • Passion for stock management. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word and/or Google Suite ( Sheets, Docs, ... )
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and oral).
  • Valid work permit for the DRC.
