Purchase Manager Assistant
As a Purchase Manager Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the purchasing department. You will collaborate closely with the Purchase Manager to streamline procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, and maintain effective communication with vendors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers
- Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays promptly.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, French, Kinyarwanda
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Valid work permit for Rwanda.
